Where We Ship We ship to the UK, EU, and worldwide, so no matter where you are, we can get your pet supplies to you.
Delivery Times
- UK orders: 1–2 business days
- EU orders: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing. Please allow additional time for international deliveries.
- Worldwide orders: Delivery times vary by destination. Please allow extra time for customs clearance, which is outside of our control.
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.
